Abour Your Job: In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager in the development, integration, and execution of profitable and effective customer engagement and multi-channel marketing strategies that will drive customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell efforts. The role directly contributes to the delivery of the UK & Ireland revenue target by assisting in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy that targets existing and new markets.
Specific accountabilities include:

  • Accountable to support a profitable, analytics-driven multi-channel marketing strategies and programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement and cross-selling, marketing research, web development, marketing communications and support public relations activities.
  • Working closely with the country manager and providing guidance in marketing and public relations initiatives, budget tracking, and payment of invoices.
  • Identifying and building  marketing best practices maintaining marketing standards and compliance.
  • Supporting budget planning – process of marketing and financial plans.
  • Support in developing the business strategy and ethics to build relationships collaborate, identify opportunities, and assist in achieving the station commercial objectives.
  • Maintaining good relationships with suppliers, agencies & media companies at all times & demonstrating a high standard of conduct and service.

About You:

You will need a Bachelors Degree (preferably in Advertising, Marketing or Communications) combined with experience in a similar role preferably within an airline or a similar industry.  Previous experience with brand or trade marketing, including planning and analytics is required.  You will also need strong spoken and written communication skills and a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels within the organisation and across cultures.
